1. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. However, we are working diligently to provide the service.

2. How do I know what size will fit me?
Please look at the sizing chart that is included on our website. Our sizes tend to run small.

3. Where are your clothes made?
Currently our clothes are made in Malawi and Zimbabwe. We plan to source from other countries in Southern Africa.

5. How do I return or exchange my merchandise?
TaSanni wants you to be pleased with your purchase as we advocate excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please review our return policy for more details.

6. How do I check the status of my order or track my shipment?
It takes us 48 business hours to process your order. Once your order is shipped we will email you with the tracking number.

7. Where can I send my comments or suggestions?

8. How do I make changes or cancel my order that I've already placed?
Currently changes or cancellations cannot be made online. Please email us at info@tasanni.com within 24hrs of placing your order.

TaSanni values your business and we have taken the necessary measures to safeguard your non public personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy.

10. I want to purchase an item online, but you don't have my size. Will it be back in stock?
TaSanni promotes uniqueness and produces limited stock with each fabric. Depending on popularity and demand we might retire some designs while others might return but in a different fabric. You will find that most of the fabrics we use for our designs are exclusive and a one time deal.

12. Do you accept telephone orders?
Not at this time. All transactions can be completed via our website.

13. When will I receive a refund for the returned items?
You should receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days once merchandise has been received in our warehouse.
