TaSanni accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders received Monday through Friday, are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed during holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business day.

TaSanni ships to all 50 U.S. states using USPS with delivery confirmation to the address provided upon checkout. Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed. An order tracking number will also be emailed once your order is shipped out and it will let you know what day you can expect your order.

Orders can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.


We hope you love your purchase. If not, please feel free to send it back to us. All return packages must be received within 14 days from the date your order shipped from us. If you believe you have received a defective item, we must be contacted within 3 DAYS of the date it was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tag still in place. Keep the tag on the item until you have tried it and are satisfied with your purchase.

Non-returnable items are as follows:

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Returned Items that smell like smoke, have animal hair on them, or that have been modified in any way
  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping cost and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Sale items may be refunded. Reduced price merchandise with "Final Sale" in the description may not be returned or exchanged.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will be responsible for creating your return label and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
